Microsoft® Honors SIS, LLC with Solomon® Customer Service Excellence Award 2004

Atlanta, Georgia, August 24, 2004
– SIS, LLC announces that it has been awarded the prestigious Microsoft Solomon Customer Service Excellence 2004 Award, as well as declared Winner of the Solomon V6.0 Demonstration Contest.

SIS was acknowledged for achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction and providing extensive contributions to the Microsoft Business Solutions -- Solomon product in 2004. “Over the past year, SIS was able to help a number of clients who were not getting what they expected from their business partners,” stated Steven Mulka, partner of SIS. “We were able to come in, evaluate their situations and reconfigure their systems to address previously unmet business requirements.”

In addition to recognition of its customer service, SIS was also recognized for its involvement in the design and testing of the Solomon V6.0 product. Innovations from SIS lead to the win in the Solomon V6.0 Demonstration Contest. Specifically, SIS demonstrated a day in the life of a project manager for MEI construction in order to showcase the new menu system and features in Solomon V6.0.

The honors were conveyed at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Toronto during July 2004. More than 9500 Microsoft employees and partners attended the event.
