Christian Burger, President, Burger Consulting Group
Christian Burger is President of an independent consulting firm dedicated to the information systems concerns and requirements of businesses in the construction industry. Christian conducts information systems planning engagements and software selection projects, assists with implementation planning and project management, and helps contractors evaluate the effectiveness of their existing systems. Mr. Burger is a regular speaker for CFMA chapters as well as A/E/C Systems conferences and contributes regularly to many industry publications.
Ted Kempf, US A/E/C Industries Director, Microsoft
As Service Industries Director, Ted Kempf is responsible for developing and managing the execution of Microsoft Dynamics enterprise business solutions for the U.S. Service Industries. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Kempf was Vice President Product Marketing and Strategy at Deltek, a midmarket business software company, where he managed all product direction and marketing activities for the Deltek Vision product line focused primarily on the global Architecture and Engineering markets. Mr. Kempf holds a Master’s Degree in International Economic Development from New York University and three Bachelor’s Degrees in International Relations, German Literature, and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Jerome Beaudoin, Founder Pluris Solutions
Jerome Beaudoin has held a number of leadership and executive management positions in a variety of industries. Mr. Beaudoin possesses a diverse background in Information Technology and Business transformation encompassing management consulting, program, process and project management, to achieve operational excellence. Mr. Beaudoin has created a template for transforming IT to a full-service value focused team that delivers operational efficiencies, business alignment, process improvements, and cost optimization. During his career, Mr. Beaudoin has worked in various industries, gaining deep experience in Energy, Utilities, Energy Services, High Tech, Engineering and Construction, while being involved in a number of acquisitions and divestitures. Currently, Mr. Beaudoin is the Managing Partner at Pluris, and also acting as an interim CIO with a focus on change management and technology transformation. Most recently, Mr. Beaudoin, was interim CIO at Strike Energy and led the transformation of their ERP implementation. Previously Mr. Beaudoin held CIO positions at CEDA International and at Devon Energy Corporation. Jerome holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary and Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.

Max Thomas has an extensive background as a Technology sales and operations Executive, producing rapid growth and turn around results. This includes serving as a COO for a Specialty Contractor. He has served as Business Development Director, Vice President of Sales, and Executive Management with Blue Chip and Mid-Market companies such as ePartners, Columbus Global, GE Capital ITS, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Max started his career as a computer systems engineer on an IBM Nuclear Air Defense system for the USAF, building a solid engineering foundation that aided his transition into technology consulting, sales, and executive management. During his career he has built partnerships with, and sold solutions from, ERP and CRM giants such as SAP, Oracle, Seibel, PeopleSoft and Microsoft. Max holds a Bachelor’s degree with a Management Major from Trinity University and an AAS in Computer Technology from CCAF.
